Lake Superior agate I found 8/23

I am new to this forum and usually read and post on the Indian Artifact forum, but I really thought I should post a pic my latest Lake Superior Agate that I found this weekend while arrowhead hunting. I love finding agates and this is my best one so far. It's the size of a softball!

nice agate. someday I will make it up there & find some. I like them rough too, & I think the only thing I would possibly do would be to tumble them. not one that size tho, that one is perfect just the way it is. have you ever found any points made aut of this agate? that would be a sight to see. My Pop was/is a Marine. I was born in Camp Pendelton.

Well, semper fi to ya mamabear! No, I have not found any points made from the awesome agates...that would be very cool. Good luck lookin' for 'em when you come up here!
