I really hate to steal your thunder, lol, but I bested you. I got a 1991 Washington and a splatted musket ball....woohoo! It was a balmy 29 degrees by the end of my couple hours, so I had to go rest and wipe the sweat, lol. Hope the year is a good one for you.

You couldn't steal my thunder if you wanted to, I'm in NO competition. Not for anything.
But, I did find it between 12:00 and 12:05 AM on the first day. Soooooo, nyah!

I did the same thing,,,,, figured it would be good karma to start 2014 with finding at least one coin. Wound up with 62 cents in clad. So we're off to a good start!!
