lone ( star ) quarter

[allen]

My wife and kids went to bible school late yesterday afternoon and i decided to detect at her parents' farm for awhile.
I was digging every signal and was finding nothing but pulltabs and pop caps.
I knew we was under a thunderstorm warning, so i was watching the sky as well as trying to detect when i got a definite quarter signal at 6 inches. I dug down around 4 inches and there she was, my lone(star) quarter and lone find also of the day.
It started raining, thundering and what scared me most, lightning . So i ran for the house...

I like detecting in the rain.
My detector don't like it

I'd dig junk all day if I would end up with one of those. How was the condition?
Great find.
