Looking for more info on the "phoenix button

Hi All,

Today was a good day as at lunch in San Rafael I pulled up a small flat phoenix button. I had to sit down as I could tell it was something cool!!!

It is a flat 27mm button with shank and it has No. 4 on it. I was hoping that someone could give me more info on these buttons (along the lines of what numbers have been found so far)

I have found this link
