88 p 26 n 40 d 42 q assorted trinkets. 4 silver dimes and 3 wheat's.

thanks for the info. i will have to give 'in the water' another shot...i use a BHID with the older 9.5'' coil...it really has a lot of resistance to the waves...i bought a stabilizer for the coil to keep it fixed in one position so we'll see how that works this year until i can save up for a PI machine...good luck

PI machine isn't the best way to go for NJ beaches. Excal II is best water machine for this neck of the woods. Sov GT for the rest of the beach up to knee deep in the surf. Or, any other Minelab from the Safari on up. Just don't get the power box wet.
