Just thought I'd share a pic of where I've been meteorite hunting. (took this shot yesterday)

I might not have found any meteorites, but I sure found a treasure!

This is near Caille France. Tres Beau!

you're right that is a treasure. bet there are caves up in that cliff. hint hint is it hard to get permission to hunt over there? looks like there's a lot of history in that valley. have fun, & hope you find more like treasures.

It certainly is! But as with many areas, the true treasure here may be underground. I'd look under the trees in the middle of the valley. Looks to me like a prime truffle-bearing area. Probably too early in the season to find much right now. If there is chestnut, holly oak, hazelnut ... very likely.
