I bought this ribbon at an antique store. I couldn't actually identify it, though. Is there sonewhere with a chart or database that I could search to find out what this ribbon was for? The one ai bought is the white+blue with the star in the middle. I didn't buy the others yet. So, what do you think they are? 20200905_155134.jpg 20200905_155121.jpg 20200905_153248.jpg

The top red one with 3 white strips down each side is for good conduct with over 3 years of active duty service.

The lower red one with one blue with white stripes bordering the blue is a bronze star - for meritorious service. If it were for combat, there'd be a "V" for valor under combat attached to the blue stripe.

The white with blue ribbon looks like the Marine Corps League Department Staff Appointed Bronze Ribbon. That said it could also be a military organizational ribbon used by law enforcement, which is a very common practice, and frowned upon by military personnel.

As said the other ones are the Army Good Conduct Medal ribbon 3ea, Army Good Conduct Medal 1ea, Army Good Conduct Medal ribbon tie tack/lapel pin 1ea, and the Bronze Star Medal ribbon 1ea.

I missed the other ribbon above the 3 Army Good Conduct Medal Ribbons, it's the European–African–Middle Eastern Campaign Medal Ribbon.

Plus there is the "Ruptured Duck" or the Honorable Discharge Lapel Pin, alongside them.

Whatever the award is, if military or military organization associated, the silver star represents the 6th award of it. Ribbon equals 1st award, each additional award you put a bronze star on up to 4 stars, then the 5th star (6th award) would be silver. After X amount of awards it becomes a pain in the backside.

Too bad I can't actually identify the award. I doubt it is anything too amazing if it was awarded 6 times to the same person.
