🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Military? Wings pin

Can anybody ID these wings? I had no luck with keyword searches or Google lens. Looks to be GF and maybe WWII to mid century era but no marks. Thank you!

My grandfather was an airplane mechanic in WW2 and never got anything like that. I think it’s a fantasy medal or at least it’s not a US medal.

Could it be for a Machinist Mate ! The tools shown and the Micrometer give me that indication .

Is that a tiny maker mark on the back of the projection that's a spanner, or just some scratching?

Or possibly a Sweetheart pin....

I chuckle; I can't imagine giving a woman a sweetheart pin showing a flat wrench, an adjustible wrench and a micrometer.
However, if it's from a girl to her man--then the design makes some sense. I wonder what the message would be in giving the pin.

Never know, my wife would ask for power tools for Christmas. Router, compound mitre saw, etc, and they were for her not me. I was always gone to some garden spot overseas. She did the car repairs and house projects.

She rebuilt her first engine before she graduated HS. Took auto in HS and helped a female friend rebuild the brakes on a 65 Mustang.
