I found what appears to be half a working set of miniature handcuffs, (even has a little keyhole). But for what? ??? ;D

These are my neighbors' thumb cuffs; she's a correctional officer. But she only uses them as a ornament on her rearview mirror. ::)

I am so jealous! I went to "jail" for the American Cancer Society and just got a picture and my "certificate of arrest" with my bail amount on it! lol So fun!

I agree, keychain but that hobbit thing definitely has merit! lmao
