I'm seriously considering buying a monster box on Monday or Tuesday. The seller is a private investor who is selling his 10 sealed boxes of 2011, and wants $2.40 over spot for each coin. It's the best price I could find. What do you guys think?

tulving has them for 2.79 over with free shipping. That is probably as cheap as you will find them at any store.

So 2.40 is a good deal.

You could get 10 oz bars cheaper but I can understand buying the eagles. Lately I have been concentrating at buying 90 percent but only at spot.

some day I think now long from now silver will be a good buy at $30 ! So I say go for it as long as you can keep it for awhile!

Dang! That's a good price- but no reason not to haggle a little and try to get them a hundred or so cheaper. Might like to get one myself if your guy has any trouble at all moving them...

Yes he's already sold a few too. I'm not quite sure why he's selling now but he is! So I am going to be buying it tomorrow morning, I'll be paying whatever spot is at 11:00AM PST plus $2.40 per ounce. Also $50 in gas to go get it. It will be fun to break that beast open.

It seems too legit for it to be a fake. I've done a lot of research on fake sealed monster boxes, I've never found an instance or pictures of one. I know what those bands are supposed to look and feel like.

Nope. So they are sealed boxes from 2011. So what? That is about the time the article was published about CRH. Finds have gotten a WAY lot less since then. Paying 'spot' for boxes plus extra? Not me.
