This week i had some time after work and did some detecting close to our lot. I found my first Williams cleaner bullet, not sure what type it is but an awsome find. Wednesday evening my cousin and i went to a property in winchester were we find all our CW stuff and i found my first Seated dime!!! 1838!!! It was less then two inches down and came out looking like a clad dime. So i was shocked to see the wreaths on the back then thrilled to see the seated liberty. I guess the fertilizer from the farmers turned it the black color. I went today with my cousin and a friend to the property in boyce and didnt find much due to the tall grass but did manage to find a very small flat button with Extra Rich B&C on the back. It still had almost all the gold gilt left on the back. Then i found my first Buffalo nickel 1937. I was shocked because 99 times out of a 100 its always a shotgun shell but this time it was a nickel. My last good find was a large spoon with silverplate on the back. I didnt have a lot of finds but they are all great finds in my book. Thanks for looking and HH.
