Stopped by a recent house tear down before going to my usual spot. I was finding the usual tear down junk, but then a silver dime reading showed it's face at 7". When the 1941S merc came out of the ground I was a little intrigued and thought there might be some good coins in this spot. Next, about 50' away from merc spot, I got a half/dollar reading, I dug a big hole, but I must have been a little off, because the digger just scuffed the top of the dollar
. It was down about 5" and at first I thought it was a half, but when I pulled it out I said yes, a Morgan(1921D)! This is the second Morgan I have found, the other one , a (1921) was found in a boulevard when I was about 15. Then I found the 1964 Roosevelt. The plate has pony express on it. Also found about 11 wheat's. Hope you enjoyed looking. HH!!
