Wha wha wha...... I didn't say it was a good ender but none the less it's something? Hard to see crappy iPhone pic. It's a 2003 p NIFC with R and C stamped into it. Is this someone initials or another JFK memorial?

I don't think the R & C stamped are anything special. when people do that, its just like them stamping the states on pennies. just some post mint modifications!
