Ok, I dont know if im bored or im just surprised how much trash came out of a 50x 150 yard. I hear people say its not possible to completely hunt a place out. Im sure going to try and prove them all wrong. LOL!

I have been hunting this yard for six months now, digging everything. I got 19 pounds of trash out of it so far and still got signals everywhere. Im not going to stop till I get it all. I will say its a lot more quite detecting now then it was when i first started. LOL!

Has anyone tried this before or am I the only crazy one!

Then pull tabs and nails are my favorites!

Seeing this i think i need a better camera or background. Gotta be something to make that rust look better. LOL!

There's enough money in scrap there to buy a nice lunch. :D

Dude, you have no idea. My scrap finds are easily three times that! Thanks for cleaning thing up though...

You find three times that in one little bitty yard? With the house and driveway im basically hunting a 25 ft lot. I have probably have 5 times that if i count the other yards and big parks i hunt.

Where are the good finds from this location? Or is it all trash? Haha

I got yall beat, if I took home all the iron and copper scrap I saw today it would've been enough to buy me a few nice silver bullion coins. But heck if I was going to walk several miles of coastline with a wheelbarrow overflowing with scrap metal. :laughing7: Maybe one day I'll do this if I get really desperate for some extra treasure. :treasurechest:

You dont think this is good stuff? LOL! Haven't really got much good from it yet or nothing worth bragging about anyway. I got a silver washington, silver roise, some costume jewelry, bunch of clad, and bout 200 pennys. I still got tons of targets so you never know.

Well if you dont find it in the silver in the ground you gotta find some way to get it for free. You should get a shopping cart with some modified wheels it balances better than a wheelbarrow and you can blend in better with the bums. lol! I was going to ask you where theirs that much trash along the beach then i saw where you was from. Just kidding i never take the trash from public areas i hunt. I dispose of it at the nearest trash can. This one site im keeping it is just an experiment. I never could of believed so much could of come out of one little yard.

I keep all the brass, and copper I dig. I sell it once a year. I am about to sell my scrap and I have 75 lbs of brass, and about 15 lbs of copper. Most sprinkler pars are brass, and I believe it's over a dollar a pound. I have 15 lbs of lead too.
HH everyone

My dad once buried a rear end axle from a car in our backyard. The yard was always swampy and if you stepped where the rear was you could feel it with your feet. My brother and I dug it up and got rid of it.
