New Beach Detector

Ok, I've been looking around and I've picked up the following story:

Eric Foster, probably the most knowledgeable PI expert in the field, has apparently teamed up with White's to produce a detector called the "au-21x" that apparently is going to outperform any other beach detector currently in production.

I know no other details.

Has anybody out there heard anything about this?
