New Jersey trip

My wife's Grandparents celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary this past week. So, my wife's Mom, Dad and Brother joined me, my Wife and our Daughter on a flight up there for 4 days. No detecting on this trip.

We had an excellent trip, it was good to see everyone again.

70 years of wedded bliss, something to shoot for. We should all be so lucky.

Thank you all for the kind words. They are both 91 and are still very active. I hope I am in as good of shape when I'm their age.

I'll be 96 when our 70th wedding anniversary comes around in 2070
I wonder if they'll have jet cars like in the jetsons by then LOL

I REALLY wanted to dig through that pile of dirt. If I had a shovel, I would have. Then again, if my wife saw me doing that , she may have used the shovel on ME !

I live a few minutes from Rutts Hut. Go there often. Wish I would have been able to hook up with you. Should have brought your detector. The spots here in NJ are pretty good. Hope you enjoyed your stay. Jersey is a great place to live. Has it's good and bad spots like everywhere. Thanks for posting the pics.

I enjoyed my stay very much. If I would've had some good finds to take home with me, I would've enjoyed it even more. Maybe next time.
