New permission

Got a call from a woman moving her mother to Tennessee and she wanted the property metal detected before they sold it (beats door knocking) the house was built by a local militia captain in 1750 and covers about 3 acres. I invited Tnet member dts52 out to help me out. We didn’t find too much on day one, but I am heading back tomorrow. We did find some wheaties and other clad, and so assorted stuff, my find of the day was a largie and a neckid lady compact, dts52 found a very nice brass buckle that I do not have a picture of, but I’m hoping he will post.

I got a “ ring finders” account free when I bought my ATmax so she tracked me down through that. She even bought us lunch, she is extremely nice. She lives just south of Franklin TN and said she would get permissions for me with local farmers and on her 4 acres, I’ll drive out there in the fall or next spring, can’t wait, lots of civil war activity out there
