Hope everyone is staying safe and able to get out a little. Found a new spot recently and Secondstar, ACOJoe, and one of our other hunting buddies have been hitting it pretty hard. This is where Joe found the Tiffany silver knife and Mike a Vermont copper, see their recent posts. Amazing range of finds, my first coin out of there was a 1964 Rosie and just yesterday Mike found a 1797 Large and Joe found what we think is a 1773 Virginia Half Penny.
Met an old-timer on the trail and he said the whole area was once strawberry fields and picnic areas. It's all now public land use, over 700 acres. I've emptied out my pouch four or five times:

Haven't even started going through all the buttons and buckles. Here are some of my keepers:

I'd like to return the ring if I can, it has initials so I should be able to find the owner. I searched on Google and found the yearbook but they want $20 to join to view it. Does anyone know of a free site where you can access alumni records?

Steve
