just wanted to say that i have been enjoying the various posts, have detected off and on since mid 70's, mainly off due to really cheap detectors. many health issues have slowed me down but I lots more time to detect when ever i feel like it. have been using the ace 250 for about a year, have found 7 rings so far, two silver, one class ring which was able to return after 23 years lost. i am currently in pursuit of an AT GOLD, to help with the excessive iron in the places i hunt. anyways, it is awesome to see that people are still digging up impressive finds as well as the pure history that has been lost in the ground. the thrill? the unknown of what is hidden right below you in the dirt. the frustration? the sheer amount of trash you must dig through to find the good stuff. you guys and gals encourage everyone to not give up and i say thanks. my one class ring return was a tremendous blessing, to see the excitement of something long lost returned, something never hoped for to be seen again... makes it all worth the hours and numbers of holes dug. and of course my wife loves the jewelry as well. dig those hits and pull out that loot!

I Dirtlooter; WELCOME to TNet. Thanks for returning that ring. It was the right thing to do. Happy Hunting and Post your pictures ok. PEACE:RONB

I bet if you look hard enough, you might find some of those old packages Clinton's Buddies might have left behind! :-)
