I make my own food here and it tastes better than a restaurant and is healthier. Done with restaurants.

We are blessed - a Ponderosa still exists in Clare, MI - one of those rare post-Pandemic luxuries. And they have really good safety protocols in place.

Supper.
Left over chicken breast needed to be used before the beef. Fancy breast. I think the chickens were raised with classical music in the background. Walked on a leash down a Currier and Ives scenic meadow lane once a day....

Previously dredged in egg ,then flour, seasonings , and pecans.
Served on rice. (Had to get more out of one of the five gallon buckets to refill the coffee tub we use out of , Jasmine this time).
Corn,carrots,beans,peas on the side.
Last of the left over Pillsbury oven cinnamon rolls for desert.

Clare - cool! We have property on Doc-n-Tom Lake up there. I remember last time wife, kids and I were up, we drove around for an hour trying to find a local pizza joint, been a few years.
