Not sure what I've found??

I found this today, a couple inches in the ground, in a fairly old area. At first glance when i was pulling it out of the ground, I thought it might be a three cent piece. After cleaning it up, I have no idea
Does anyone have any ideas??

Thanks for looking!

It looks like play money. Is it silver or aluminum?
