If we have a claim that someone else wants to work who is responsible for the reclamation bond?

Any words of wisdom for something like this? Obviously a written agreement but what are the potential pitfalls?

The claim owner remains responsible. This is part of why you collect a percentage from the visiting miners!

a written agreement for casual / small scale mining, you would want to let them mine as an agent of the owner and still have
some control over anything going on, as an "agent of the owner" they have the same rights under the mining laws,
but they would not be able to claim they found a new deposit and file a lode claim.
as far as bigger operations or junior miner might be better with a lease,
the operator pays the bond but the owner still has to sign the bond and letter of indemnification like for a bond pool.
