The only thing I find in my change lately is dryer lint, and pet fur! Ya that's another thing, anyone ever notice the hair you get from rolls? Dog fur, hair, sticky coins! lol

To stay on topic, what is the right thing to do with a CRH find that is offensive?
I remember a hunter that found some coins with gross obscenities inscribed on them. He was concerned that simply dumping them could cause someone down the line some distress.

The group recommended similar remedies (grind it, file it, etc). Seems like reasonable advice.

Most coins deserve to be handled with respect. Some don't warrant an iota.

I think it's funny when people get pissed about presidents on coins.. Really. .. they almost all have some president. Except Ben Franklin.. but then again he probably did as much for the US as any president.

It is funny, because it was probably someone with a sticker machine trying to make a quick buck with a cheapo "commemorative".

I'm pretty sure the Obama administration didn't put these on the least circulated coins in the US to try and convince voters to sway an election.

Because no one looks at a coin and says "Well, that decided it for me."
