I found an old bullet this afternoon, although I am not sure how old it is, the things I have found at this site range from 1830s to now and it was found in NE Ohio. The width is about 8 mm, a bit more, and the length is a little less than 16 mm. I am not able to get much more precise measurements with what I've got, but I set it next to a penny for comparison in the pictures.

Any information helps, thank you, at the very least, for reading my post.

When you enlarge the pictures there are two rings barely visible. Precise measurements are needed to ID your find. 8mm is about 30-32 caliber. And 16mm would make it a little over 1/2" long. I don't think it is an older bullet but it could be a 20th century round.

Oh well, I guess you never know... If I haven't found the old one yet I just got to keep searching. Thank you frffytr1 and owlcreek for the ID!
