Old Silver in VA

Only had a couple of hours before the rain came in to hunt. Had to hit it hard a fast! 1787 2 Reales! You have to cross your eyes and hold it in exact light on the front to see the date but the back looks really cool!

Yes, and says 1 R on the left side. But who cares, old Spanish is old Spanish. I have a 1781 like yours.

Yes, I agree with IP; 1 R. Assayer is FF and should be about 20 mm in diameter. (.9027 silver) Nice find !!
