🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Oldish bullet?

Found at mill site, was probably fired from somewhere else and landed here. Got the oxidation. Is it modern or turn of century type? This is where I have trouble figuring out lead

That color white makes me say older…..what is the diameter?

Has a hollow base which could be a 38 Special wad cutter bullet. 1890-2025
