Our Pottery Sherd State Collection updated 9/5

Earlier this year my wife and I decided we wanted to collect pottery sherds from other states.We have about a dozen personal finds from here in central IL. We were able to obtain MO and ND at the Collinsville show. Then we turned to the internet, and through the amazing generosity of fellow headhunters, our collection has grown rapidly. We are making our own cases and so far have fourteen cases done.
We have 25 States so far,
IL, MO, ND, KS,MN, PA, NY, NJ, SC, GA, MS, OH, KY, IN, LA,CO,NV, UT,
NM and MEXICO, we need a few more from AR, AL, VA, NE, IA, FL.

Hanging Pottery

So here we are finally! Hanging Pottery. We have been hanging boxes on the wall. Thanks to all the awesome people who have
sent us these amazing gifts. This collection has became very special to us. We now have 36 states with 29 framed and
mounted. 7 more frames to build and we will be caught up, maybe. Thanks again to everyone. And as always, Thanks for lookin'.

Wisconsin

We have received another amazing addition to our states collection. Wisconsin, making 41 states and counting. Traded for these pieces from the finder thru facebook. These are some really nice pieces.

BUMP!!!

It has been awhile since we have been able to add to the collection. We are at 41 states. Seems like these last 9 states might have to be something besides pottery. Maybe some flint pieces. Maybe local cherts or materials from these states.
