Palm Beach County telegraph cable

Does anyone here know where the early transatlantic telegraph cable came ashore in Palm Beach County? If a cable did or still does exist, I will be able to relate a very interesting shipwreck story that I have uncovered. Thanks

Hi Goldminer
It comes ashore in Jupiter and there is a local story about a man doing repair work on it and locating a sunken treasure vessel which he then started recovering things from. When he came topside he found that he was in the midst of a large storm and in trying to make shore he capsized and the treasure was lost again. Some people have speculated that this is how the Jupiter Wreck came to be.
