Had a pretty good day yesterday! I think it topped number of buttons in one day for myself. 42 buttons in one day along with coins and other digs. It just about kick my old ass! Take a look...

Being an ole Virginia boy I just love those old Virginia buttons, this one is a beaut, along with the Navy buttons and early eagle Scovill.Waterbury.
and many flats, some tombacs and 3 large cents 1828,1838 and no readable date on one. Indian Heads 1861 fatty and friends.
.
They are all field found in an area of approximately 50 yards x 30 yards. Very much brick, pottery and old glass. Farmer getting ready to herbicide so about done. I had hit the spot on previous trips with my 11" coil but this time I decided to use the 6" and just concentrated on this area for the day. The equinox did a wonderful job picking through the trash which is very very heavy. Sensitivity down to 20 really did the job. Been a good winter but it is just about time to switch to fishing, Maybe even try a little water detecting. That is why I bought the equinox. Anybody out there having any luck with the nox in shallow saltwater, around old sites? Thanks for looking.
