my friend found this about 15-20 yrs ago
I posted it earlier this year but i thought some members may have missed it
it is a person with hands up in the air
to the left is a bow and arrow drawn and pointed at him

Is that a shield with a cross? Maybe my imagination.
Why would he be smiling?

I think it is a bow with an arrow drawn and ready to shoot
I don't know if it is a smile, you would not think he would be smiling
I have a few other pieces of artwork and they all kinda look like they are smiling
non of the faces ever have a nose either which I think is kinda weird

What looks like a shield and cross is held by the guy with his hands up.

In some parts of the world they had shields with crosses. Point is, who is it depicting?

Very interesting piece. Is the image(s) etched or pigmented (or both)? Have any of the ivory tower academicians rendered an opinion? What a find!
