I'm always sure to use one of my socks to "floss" between my toes to prevent this exact problem. But at this point your going to need to get some anti-fungal cream and use it regularly! (especially between your pinkie toe and it's neighbor). Gross photos by the way.

I prefer to use my Coal Powered Touchless Laundry System for small loads, that way I don't have to actually handle the funky stuff.

Just make sure you have at least 50lb. flourocarbon for your leader. If not, you'll definitely spook the fish. I prefer Gamakatsu circle or octopus hooks as well. Good luck and be sure to take plenty of pics!
