Got out with my friend Frank today to hit up some sites up north. Ran into a Black bear (no pictures) as we were shouting & banging our shovels to scare it away. Happened upon a porcupine and back off.

Got a pair of Pres. John Adams cufflinks as well as 2 buttons. The Buckle is silver but my guess it's silver plated. Need to do some research on the cufflinks, been a long day!

I really don't understand the banner system on this new forum. Of all things to make the banner, these super rare and vey valuable pieces of history should be among them. Especially being a complete set!

Those are very special cuffs!! As for banner they should be up top quick...These things are VERY RARE and you really cant find much info on them because they are so rare. They are worth a lot of money also...

I wasn't sure on the banner vote system as well, but I read up on the details. It's real simple. Simply click on arrow in the green box that appears with the OP's finds at the start of the thread. The count goes up. The higher it goes, the more likely the find makes banner. I'm vote number 35 - an easy vote for such a fantastic piece of rare political memorabilia.

I did not really find much info out there on them. They are so rare there really is not a lot out there. I can tell you that one John Adams Cuff brought 8 grand ....They are rare!

Heard back from the NPS. They wanted to know if I wanted to donate them or sell them. I told them neither, just looking for more info.
