Tom,

Heading into the busy season....like an idiot managed to break off a tooth having a bagel with cream cheese yesterday morning at a local restaurant.

This afternoon visited the dentist I saved the broken tooth but to late he has to add a tooth to the partial plate I have. I'm sure a few dollars for that...the joys of getting older.....

And like relevant chair heading into gardening season....we had to replant some garlic this afternoon. The stuff we planted last fall didn't survive. Hopefully I'll try to get in a mid day detecting outing on Thursday.

If all I find is junk I'll blame it on gold boy....

I'm cracking conglomerate from the Bahamas tonight. I've learned to read these encrustations well treasure hunting in the water. Sometimes I crack them and take a peek inside right away, sometimes I bring them home for rainy days to crack open. This one looks like an iron object......but something made me hang onto this one for later.
I have no idea but it's something and you just never know with these conglomerates. I think I suspected copper or bronze at one point and....sure enough I see brass I think. Could be trash....could be something cool Who knows. Time to see what the ocean has been hiding. I think a cap of some sort. What ya think ??
