Yep she is very talented and also has good taste in men....

an evolving art piece....I've been working on this one for about three months....mostly it sits for long periods of time until the process is figured out. It's a barqentine made from tree bark, sticks and twigs. The hull is a single piece of tamarind bark, the masts are gumbo limbo sticks, the sails are gonna be papaya wood, and the decks and houses will be planked in royal poinciana twigs. The life boats are mahogany seed pod sections. everything has been accomplished with 2 leatherman tools.still got a long ways to go but in the end it should be a nice art piece. She will rest on a stand of fossilized coral like a wreck on the reef.

Late night on my patio....helps me relax before bed.....9- midnight when everyone is asleep. Like I said it mostly sits until inspiration hits !! Might take another 3 months at this rate....but that's fine....art takes awhile.

I love watching TV on my porch late night and tinkering with various art projects. Very peaceful....only time I get during the day to actually here myself without someone else talking in one ear or another.

I had posted before where we had planted some native corn along the side of the carport. Put up some wimpy plastic netting against the critters.....

It obviously wasn't enough protection...

Bill your wife must be a very calm person to do that type of art work.
As for the corn, where there's a will, there's a way...critters with scissors!
