Didn't really try getting into the exotic stuff...but I have to admit I've been tempted a few times.
Like some people make everything from scratch doing their own mash after sprouting and roasting the grains, etc...I'm sure it makes a very good beer but to much other stuff on my plate.

In the '90's , I would attend THE GREAT AMERICAN BEER FEST that is held in Denver each October.
You are given a commemorative glass and off you go to sample as many different beers and styles.
One year , jalapeno beer was all the rage, a pilsner brewed with those peppers, and with on in the bottle- every bottle had a different heat factor.
I also got to meet and talk beer with Jim Koch of Samuel Adams, Pete Slosberg of Pete's Wicket Ale, Fritz Maytag of Anchor Steam, and had several beers with THE BEER HUNTER, Michael Jackson.
Then of course there was the pub crawl of Denver which always ended at the Wyncoop in LODO, which is owned by Colorado's Governor Hickenlooper.

Ok lets talk about Pigeons-we have two that are just wanting to take up residence on/around/ our residence. Please give me any ideas on trying to politely telling these two to go away before they become a foot note in history so to speak.

Well pepper, just as with dogs, there are many different breeds of pigeons. The ones we see in the street or wild are commonly referred to as rock doves, clinkers, or flying rats.
I'm thinking of buying 2 pair of Baldies, and 2 pair of Flights. They are really pretty and strong flyers.

I think you got me backwards bill, I was just waking up getting ready to go back to the grind! My time to kickback and relax is when I get home at 3am. But I'll be sure to kick back and enjoy then! I mean someone's gotta keep an eye on Simon!
