those Jetons were struck way past the date on the token, it could easily have been struck in the late 1800's and most likely was as it shows no wear and still appears to have luster.
'Fake' may be a harsh word here. These jetons (there are several varieties with different dates) have been subject to numerous 'restrikes' from original dies (as well as reproduction dies) all the way through to modern times. Note that the auction website 'cgb.fr' listing that fyrffytr1 linked to is for an example in silver, and it only achieved a price of 30 euros ($36).
That same website previously listed a copper example like yours in terrific condition with an estimate of 14 euros ($17) but it only achieved 4 euros ($5). I would be sure that's a modern restrike:
