Rock crusher.....check!!

Well I've gotta tell someone cuz its goin to burst out of me like an alien if I don't
Rock crusher is on order. Spoke to them last night and their cutting parts to build as we speak. theyre putting it about mid April for delivery..
I got a 10" crusher with 110v motor.
Plan is to run tailings thru it then then spiral pan machine. It's same as rjcrushers but new design load from rear to avoid kickback ?
It's a family biz I guess sis does the redesigns and sells one inch different sizes than RJ (dad).

Anyone get one yet and use it? Either the RJ or new design? Partners princess is the other.

hehe went online to look , looked at patents on em then went to the junk yard and got mine 28$ ill post photos! this week... just havent stopped using it! it was a YAY moment for me too! finally no more post hammer!

I decided not to go the make it cheep route. Since I'm going 2000 miles want to make sure equip is good as I can feasibly get
Post pics I'd like to see how it works

Cool dusted.
So I crushed oh idk like ten lbs of ore and now I have from powder or dust to about 1/8" in bottom of 4 gal bucket. Tried to run on my spiral panning machine. Ain't happening ...tried to pan some. Same deal. Would take me a year at best to pan and I still can't tell how much if any gold I wound up with. I thought of using mercury in a 3lb Rock tumbler and then put amalgam in a retort but afraid ill wake up with an extra finger or something sproutin out of me.
Been kickin round ideas on how to do this but haven't came up with nothing. I seen something about muratic acid? Like put a cup or two of what I have and cover it and wait idk how long and I'll have gold n silver n Left. But again afraid to do something that makes the gold go poof
So it's a bucket of rock dust sittin in livinroom lol

Sounds like you need to classify before you try and run it....

Spiral wheels tend to do a good job on fine size material. Classify to
smaller size. Or maybe a better idea would be to run your 1/8" material
on a small mat/riffle set up, then clean it up on a spiral wheel. !!!

Well from what I seen I think there is like micro gold and maybe silver but I only panned about a cup if material and I had like an ounce of it in spiral machine and it didn't seam to do squat other than churn around at the bottom of pan. So u stopped thinking I'd die of old age before gettin anywhere

Keep it simple. Spiral way to slow. Use a sluce box or have had great success with my ore using a gold cube 99.5% recovery. I hope your ore is free milling.
