Rock?? Fossil?? Arrow Head??? Tool??? What the heck is it?

1 3/4 inches long
1 1/6 inches wide
about 1/4 of an inch thick along the center line and tapers to sharp edges
slight longitudinal curve
sort of a black/blue stone with lots of little swirl lines

Any Ideas? Thanks a bunch!
