Story, and weather report dispenced.

I got what I think is a Royal Provincial Rev. war button, my first ever pewter military, so pretty happy with that.

I was just saying how I haven't found silver in a month, and I get this what I'd call pretty cool spoon, it's a first ever complete spoon, even though it is all bent to poo. Got marks a "snowflake" between H + I, and a Sailing Ship on the bowl. I like this, would like to straighten it out, but afraid to break it. I'll clean up the button some more too.

Definitely one of my better days.

Good one. Looks just like most I've dug, and I've never seen one of the cruder types turn up here, but know they have in NB. Pewter RPs is the most common Loyalist button found (like a USA for the other side) , but to find an officer pattern would be rarer than most of the other Loyalist buttons that are listed in the book, and I don't anticipate seeing one posted anytime soon. (Romeo, I guess that's your cue)

PS: Anywhere a Loyalist button is found is where I would spend all my time until every last signal is dug. I've had several days that paid for a detector where RPs have turned up.
