I have only been doing metal detecting for about a week looking for someone in s/e bama to hunt with and learn some tips and the corect way to do things
I live about half way between dothan al and phenix city on lake eufaula so if anyone in this area would like to hunt together send me p m and let me know

I used to live over that way years ago when I was stationed at Fort Rucker. Enterprise and Ozark were good places to hunt old houses so was Daleville and Newton. Daleville does not have many old houses standing now. Go ask some old home owners for permission to hunt their front & backyards. They are some very nice people there.
