Score!!! I got $20 of halfs today

so today I went yard sale hunting and did not buy a single thing, on the way home I stopped at chase with my mom, who I explained to concept to while we were out, there was nothing in that roll, then i went to a US bank that is inside an albertsons but it did not open till 10 (30 min) as i had work, I had to go home but asked my mom to go buy the one roll they had later in the day, I had called and asked late last week if they had half dollars but only had enough money to but all but a roll, she picked them up and when I was on my 10 at work I got a message saying that she found a 1969 and 1968, my first half score ever!!! this is 2 silvers out of only $30 searched, I have been coin roll hunting for about a year and have done dimes and pennies before.

If only you could always find 2 out of every 60 halves.

haha well she wanted to know what they were worth I showed her they were worth about 4.15 each, gave her $6 for both. she maid $5 for asking for rolls after she got snacks for the people at her office, ( the bank is in albertsons) so she was supper happy.
