Probably the biggest scrapper I have. ( not that its very big). You can see some hefty chunks were removed from this rock. Having this big scrapper is cool but I'm really curious what the rest of this stone was used for and more importantly, where is it now? lol

Looks to be a small core then turned into a scraping tool. I say core due to the long strikes of flint removed. If flint was scarce in your area they would of used every bit of it. Its abundant here they could go get another piece with no problem. Probably why I find so much worked flint

Thats very likely the case. Everything is mostly volcanic basalt around here. Basalt is really good for carving petroglyphs, using as building materials, and metates but they do not make for very good points.

What you have may be a Scraper though.
