Hi T-Netters ! :)


This might be the most sensational find that I ever made !? :blob10:

It is a bronze mould for viking age pendants, most likely of gold or silver.

Dane, I bet you will get some inquiries from the big boy's in Denmark and Norway ! That is an amazing pendant mould, :o Vikings , then likey ,late 8th or 9th century relic.. Fantastic :o Congrats on banner , Hope U have found early retirement $$!! Grreat!! :thumbsup:

Did you use the tesoro Vaquero to find this...?

I have the Vaquero narrowed down to one of my 2 or 3 choices for my first detector...have heard nothing but outstanding things about it....

excellent..only confirms that me being non-impulsive and taking time to research my first detector paid off...can't way to get my 'V' !

BTW I hear all the signals sound the same on the Cowboy....
or at least similar...once you learn the machine are you able to tell when the target is something greater than tabs/trash...or is it truly a ding and dig?

As a very late service I can inform you that this find now more than 4 years later has found its way throu the system, and it is now in exibition in the National Museum in Copenhagen. :occasion14:
