Shotgun shell. Date?

[MTHershey]

Some people invited me to the site of an old homestead. So many signals, hard to discern anything. I did find a lot of old rifle shells and a couple of shotgun shells. This was the most interesting. It says "Winchester Repeater". Any info on it?

Forgot the pic.

They made those headstamps from 1896-1938. They were paper cartridges with the brass cap.

I can tighten this down a bit. It will date from 1904-1927.
