AA this is a lovely home but the location does not do it justice. It appears very close to the shops beside it ?? How do the other homes look in this area ? I think the price sounds rather good love the bays , I bet this is beautiful well lighted rooms As long as there are no bars and unseemly areas around I love the home and it has a new roof

CD it is downtown and near a buisness but being commercial zoned who knows what the future will bring in this small town.The same property here in California would go for $300.000 AA
