Found this today at an old house it says 925/1000 Fine. At first I thought it was a lighter but there is no hole in the bottom for refiling. Any info would be great thanks. Any idea how old it is ?

I searched around and found a match safe very similar to yours, it says that type was invented in the 1820's.
