Silver is Going Crazy!!

Silver crossed $60/oz today and it’s now just a few cents away from hitting $61/oz. It's gonna be a wild ride!

Seems every site I've checked has pricing different from the next. I use APMEX as an initial gauge, it's all futures pricing anyway. But the typical movement trend that I've seen over the last several months is that Silver will hit the next highest dollar amount on APMEX. Then, it will back off and dance up and down all throughout the day. But it's the fact that it did hit that higher dollar amount is what I'm looking at. Because once it hits that amount, it may dance up and down, but it will work its way back to that higher amount. It will stay there for a bit, continue dancing up and down, but then it will start heading for the next highest dollar amount. That's been the trend I've been watching for the last several months, but over the last week or two, Silver's been jumping multiple dollars daily, so things are steadily moving upwards.

Well just like their prices... inflated.

On Monday, January 19, 2026,
Money Metals Exchange quoted the price of silver at $94.22. Other sites had slightly different quotes during the same period.
Bullion Vault's website provides live market spreads, with silver bid prices ranging from approximately $92.91 to $94.25, depending on the vault location (e.g., Zurich, London, Toronto, Singapore) and time of day.

Well just like their prices... inflated.

Well, ego's get inflated, tires get inflated, balloons get inflated, our country goes through inflation, lots of things get inflated, we're used to being oversold on just about everything, nothing new.

Second, one thing for sure ..... it is now a more desired dig and adds up fairly quick over time.

Send an email to APMEX and tell them their spot prices are full of sh*t. If they're quoting prices that don't or never existed, then seems to me lots of dealers, buyers, investors, would be calling them out on that, and their reputation will take a hit.

It's like an auction basically, the auctioneer can ask, but the bid is reality.
The bump today was good given there was a holiday.
Now we'll see what the night market comes in at now.

The bump today was good given there was a holiday.
Now we'll see what the night market comes in at now.

I have been watching the metals markets everyday all day ...
every single day...
for a solid 10 years.

From Sunday at 6 till Friday... every hour or so.
I read everything ever written about silver... and metals in general for that matter.
I have had a great interest for longer than that.

I am not a heavy metals guy.... just very knowledgeable on it.

I looked at Apmex and did not see the high being 95 listed.

Select 24H on Silver, then move your cursor just after 12:00 on the bottom of the graph and start moving to the right.

Price was $95.15 at 11:50.

$95.14 at 12:00

$95.15 at 12:10

$95. 25 at 12:20

Reached a high of $95.33 at 12:50
