Silver Roosies and a silver cross.

Went back to my favorite field today. Hunting back and forth across the field, hoping to find another seated piece. I'm about three quarters finished with it now. Did manage to pluck two silver roosies and a sterling religious medal. Also found an old colonial era button, which is now soaking in olive oil, and a few clads and memorials and a couple wheaties.

I've found that cross, or closs variations of it several times, but Never in silver.

I love the finds! I thought the same thing about a park being 3/4 or almost done. but i learned as long as no one else is hitting it...you are never done! i found a nice silver ring the other day in an area I hunted in the fall. Great day Bob!

Nice finds Bob! I believe the cross is called a "Four Way Medal" due to the four religious images on it. My dad used to wear a similar one.
