my wife scored me a 1955 quarter today, I'm pretty stoked! the last silver she got me was a bicentennial half

Great job, I hope you realize that not all bicentennial halves are silver. Otherwise A) We'd all be rich or B) There would be none left in circulation

this one deffenitly was! so I just picked up the quarter from her at the bank ended up being a 1953 and right before I got there she pulled a 64 dime for me

Congrats willis7, my wife was a teller/loan officer until recently, (she quit after 15 years) because of abuse by management. Sigh... she used to bring home the goods.
