decanter and glass are blown and cut from around 1830-1860.Birdseye maple salt box, cut glass ink well.Chinese cases are new but neat.

Is that a sterling band on the decanter stopper? Good stuff there. I like the inkwell.

I've seen little boxes like that and didn't know what they were for, now I do, thanks! I really like the birds eye maple wood. Are you selling the box?
